Warm service and even better food an pastries! I can't remember the last time I found café au chocolat at an espresso bar. And the raspberry jam is so good! We will return every time we're in town.

For the love of laminations this was one impeccable crossaint... was out and about and you know morning caffeine was due... so a little research yielded a very delicious crossaint only secondary to Braud&Co in Reykjavik so far.. pretty smitten with the whole thing. My mocha was well done... atmosphere alright.. blah blah blah... crossaints spot on

During these interactions, her communication style has appeared abrupt and limited in engagement with customers. This has occurred across several visits. I have observed minimal eye contact, brief or nonverbal responses, and limited acknowledgment of customers. These behaviors may affect the overall customer experience by creating an impression of disengagement. I recognize that individual circumstances can vary, and I would not typically raise a concern based on a single interaction. However, given the consistency of these observations, I believe it is appropriate to bring them to your attention. The raspberry croissant is the best that I tried!! The raspberry shortbread is really good as well!! A good value for your money as well! Chocolate Chip cookies need to try them as well!!!

The bakery here is the real deal. Truly skilled bakers. I love the sticky buns which seem to be croissants with delicious sweet cinnamon added in the layers. The pecan ones are fantastic but the regular ones are too! The mocha is the best mocha in Cleveland. It's real chocolate. To me it tastes like a lovely dark chocolate. Go here! It's so good.
